I’m excited to have such awesome minds joining me in this newsletter.
This post is just a quick overview of why I’ve created this newsletter and what to expect of it.
The fitness environment is currently full of holes and myths that are difficult to be broken. Despite all the information out there, most people still struggle to make meaningful changes to their own lives, I say this including myself. In order to empower people to make better decisions, I believe that there is a strong need for open discussion and sharing of real value information for the wider community. That’s why we’re here.
Just a bit of housekeeping, I am not the owner of truth nor I wish to be. I, like any other person, am prone to mistake and misinformation. Plus, I understand that there are awesome health professionals in the community. So please call me out on my mistake, if you understand that I have committed one. This newsletter is two-way communication, and several brains think better than one.
Everything is still in “test phase”, so bear with me if something comes out disorganized.
To wrap up, I will be constantly communicating articles with Instagram posts, as it will make a much richer source of information being able to use written language along with videos, polls, and pictures.
