Quick update on future content
Greetings everyone!
How‘s your week been? I just wanted to give you an update on what’s coming up.
For the weeks ahead, I will slow down the frequency of articles for a couple of reasons. One is that, for the very nature of each article, there needs to be more time to digest some of the content. The reason being, they are highly conceptual, and therefore, the changes in one’s perspective and actions regarding health and exercise, are a long-term game.
The other is that exciting projects are booming and the time allocated to manage it all has to be re-distributed.
But don’t think you’ll get rid of me easily. I will always bring updates and important concepts in health, science, and fitness. And this channel of communication is always open for comments and discussions in all the articles and subjects brought in previous issues. For the time being, that is all.
Make sure you are taking care of your body and your mind. Apply healthy practices and develop healthy rituals. In health, play the long game. I will see you soon.
