I, André Cerro, am a Strength Coach and Sports Scientist from Brazil. I have spent a few years in Hungary and in Australia both adding to my professional experience.

In the last 5 years, I have dedicated most of my life to learning about kettlebell training, strength training, and mobility development. Certified by the great School of Strength StrongFirst™, and also the prestigious Functional Range Conditioning™. In addition, have gone through certifications like Original Strength Systems™ and DNS - Rehabilitation Prague School.

Now, dedicated to share and empower people to make conscious decisions about their bodies and health through ruthless education.
